How to follow this video

  1. Open Bookings and start import via the plus button.
  2. Upload a photo or file of the receipt.
  3. Select the account used for payment.
  4. Start processing and wait until the receipt is completed.
  5. Switch to the correct month and review amount, category, date, and description.

Alternative paths

  1. On mobile you can photograph the receipt directly.
  2. On desktop file import is usually faster if the photo or PDF already exists.

What to watch out for

  1. If you do not see the entry immediately, check the receipt month.
  2. Review automatically detected categories such as groceries after import.
