How to follow this video

  1. Open Forecast and choose Portfolio Forecast.
  2. Make sure gold purchases are entered and Gold Results show values.
  3. Configure reinvestment rate, monthly contribution, and expected gold value increase for each period.
  4. Define how reinvested money should be split across models.
  5. Use advanced options if you want to adjust calculator behavior.
  6. Create the forecast and review chart, details, monthly breakdown, and PDF report.

What to watch out for

  1. Without entered gold purchases, there is no portfolio to forecast.
  2. The forecast uses known values and assumptions, but it is not financial advice and not a guarantee.
